Jiliphil Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Member Must Know

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you and jiliphil ("we," "us," "the platform") that governs your access to and use of the jiliphil website at jiliphil.best, its mobile interface, applications, and all associated services including sports betting, esports betting, online slots, casino games, and the jiliphil VIP Club programme.

Continued use of jiliphil after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use jiliphil, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. Jiliphil enforces this requirement strictly. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds returned to the payment method used.
• Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing jiliphil is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your location before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated under Philippine law are not eligible to hold a jiliphil account.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — either voluntarily placed through jiliphil or mandated by a regulatory authority — at the time of registration or subsequent use.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of jiliphil and its related entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in betting on the platform.

Jiliphil may request proof of eligibility at any point during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account with jiliphil. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or any other identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your jiliphil account, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and your current address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jiliphil login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Jiliphil will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jiliphil support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

Jiliphil operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All members must complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, driver's licence, passport, UMID, or equivalent) and may include proof of address and payment method verification depending on your account activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Jiliphil processes all deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform does not support foreign currency transactions for individual player accounts. All accepted payment methods are Philippine-based to ensure fast, accessible transactions for Filipino members.

• A minimum of ₱100 in real-money funds (not bonus funds) must be available in your wallet to initiate a withdrawal.
• Jiliphil does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transfer fees, which are the player's responsibility.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on jiliphil are subject to the specific rules of the market and sport in question, as well as the following general principles that apply across all products.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once jiliphil's system issues a confirmation and a unique bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed — for example due to a connection interruption or a system error during processing — are not valid and will not be settled. Jiliphil is not liable for bets that fail to register due to network issues on the player's end.

5.2 Odds Changes

Jiliphil displays odds in decimal format. Quoted odds may change at any time prior to bet confirmation — particularly for in-play markets where odds update continuously. Once a bet is confirmed at a specific price, that price is locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.

5.3 Void Bets & Refunds

A bet becomes void — meaning the stake is returned in full — in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours.
• The event is postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• A market is settled in error and subsequently corrected by jiliphil's trading team.
• A "push" occurs — where the result lands exactly on the spread (e.g., a team wins by exactly the handicap margin).
• The bet was accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a system error.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Jiliphil applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day. These limits are published in the betting rules section of the platform and may vary by sport, market, and member tier. Single bet maximum winnings are ₱500,000 per event unless explicitly increased for a specific member by jiliphil's trading team. VIP Platinum and Diamond members may request higher limits through their account manager.

5.5 Live Betting

In-play markets are offered on selected jiliphil sports and esports events. Jiliphil reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time — including during timeouts, injury stoppages, or periods of uncertain data. Bets placed during a market suspension that were not confirmed before the suspension are void. No compensation is offered for suspended markets.

Bonuses & Promotions

Jiliphil offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in question in addition to the following general bonus rules that apply across the entire jiliphil platform.

• One bonus per player per promotion: Each jiliphil member is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements: Bonuses credited to your jiliphil account carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The default playthrough requirement is 3× the bonus amount on real-money sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50, unless the specific promotion states different terms. Playthrough from bets placed on live esports and slots may be restricted — check the individual promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire 7–30 days after being credited, depending on the promotion. The expiry date is displayed in your wallet alongside the bonus balance. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Withdrawal restrictions: You cannot withdraw bonus funds until wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing playthrough, any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be removed from your account before the withdrawal is processed.

• Abuse & manipulation: Jiliphil reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, if there is evidence that bonus offers are being exploited — including through arbitrage strategies, matched betting, or artificial inflating of playthrough via low-margin bets.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jiliphil and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Operating or benefiting from more than one jiliphil account, whether under your own name or using third-party identities.
• Attempting to manipulate, fix, or otherwise influence the outcome of any sporting or esports event on which bets are placed with jiliphil.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI tools, or any other software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with jiliphil in a manner not consistent with individual human play.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using jiliphil to transfer funds for purposes unrelated to genuine betting.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors in a deliberate or systematic manner rather than reporting them to jiliphil support.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing any member of jiliphil's customer support or operations team.
• Attempting to circumvent jiliphil's geo-restriction or KYC systems using VPNs, proxy services, or false documentation.

Jiliphil actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for investigation, jiliphil may temporarily restrict deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity pending the outcome of that review.

Account Suspension & Termination

Jiliphil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactive accounts with a zero balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months.

When an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — for example at the player's own request — jiliphil will process any remaining real-money balance within the standard withdrawal timeframes. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure unless the closure is initiated by jiliphil without cause.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiliphil's aggregate liability to any individual member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their jiliphil account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jiliphil is not liable for:

• Loss of anticipated profits, revenue, or savings arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure outages, including those affecting GCash, Maya, or other payment processors.
• Losses arising from a member's own failure to secure their login credentials.
• Actions taken by jiliphil in good faith pursuant to a court order or regulatory directive.
• Any bet that was not confirmed due to network, device, or browser issues on the member's end.

Amendments to These Terms

Jiliphil may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights as a member — jiliphil will provide at least 7 days' notice via the email address registered to your account and via a visible notice on the platform. Non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, may be made without advance notice.

If you object to any amendment, you may close your jiliphil account before the amendment takes effect without penalty, and any real-money balance will be returned to you in full. Continued use of jiliphil after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jiliphil that cannot be resolved through direct communication with jiliphil's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
